Yep. Once it became evident that it needed to come down to the bare frame, I knew it would take a few extra years. I'm planning every inch of it, pre-assembling basically every part at least once, and wondering why I bought some of the stuff I bought. New core support is for 65, 6-cylinder only. No problem finding one, but big problem finding a aluminum radiator. Being recommended that I dump the new one I have, buy one for a 66 and then radiators are available. Well what about the Vintage Air that I purchased for a 65 with the 6-cylinder?  ;D Keep smiling eh.  :-\

    very nice chris

Hey thanks again. I haven't decided yet on a steering wheel so can't decide how to do the instrument pane. Once I get the column mounted (after I figure out what I'll use for a lower column mount) I will figure out how much dish I need in a wheel and move forward. I appreciate the offer on the veneer. I came across this photo the other day and wanted to show it to you.

I always liked that color combination on the 69 Z-28, just needs some hounds tooth!

I stuck with the original gauge plate on my 64 F100. Added Autometer gauges and trim rings. I really like the result.

Electric speedo? If so, what are you driving it with? I'm thinking I'll be getting a GPS sender but don't know anyone who can give any feedback on it.

I stuck with old school manual cable drive. Thought about a sender but didn't like the cost. Sorry I can't help with any feedback.

Thanks. When I had a 4sp it came with a mechanical drive for the electric speedo, but when I got my 5sp trans, it's set up to drive the speedo off the drive shaft so I have no choice but to change the speedo, or go with GPS (I think).

Big Henry, what a beast. 500 hp V 12 Cummins rated for 500 tons.
