    Right back at you!
Despite all the bad things we've seen over the last 10-11 months, we can still be thankful we live in the United States.
May God Bless us all! Let's pray for better times to come.

But the Bears and Lions on Thanksgiving...there's a real turkey!

    Celebrate with a good friend!

As many around here do, we had take out from The Turkey Roost.

We here are thankful to those before us and the determination they had to assure our chance at a better future.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Be safe. Have cheer. Avoid the bloviating protagonists of fear. Hug your kin folk.

I got all three games wrong. Thought the Lions could get their first win at home against the hapless Bears. Wrong!
Thought Dallas would win at home, didn't know two starting receivers would be out for the game.              Wrong!
The Bills have not played well lately, but they sure cranked it up last night...I picked the Saints.                Wrong!

Had Thanksgiving with Mom and Dad...might be the last time that happens. Doing OK yet, but really slowing down.  One of my uncles was there too...his wife passed earlier this year. Thankful for the day, but realizing the future has more losses in store.

Being a life-long Detroiter, you could have left it as "Lions Lost" and nobody would have question it  :(
