My custom PDC sled

So i picked up this a old 76 starfire chassis at St Germain to originally have just as a neat piece of snowmobile history but recently I've been looking at PDCs and fell in love with the look so now i want one this is as far as i am right now into the sled 340 76 tx engine 38mm TXL carbs and what were XLT pipes not building it to race but want it too look like a old race sled that's barn fresh not a trailer queen

    im planning on installing a 121-15-1.25 studded track on it along with a 76 skid and 91 Indy drivers

    I just dug up an older Camoplast "R" track from the garage. Where are you located?

    over the weekend I managed to get some more done however the suspension doesn't fit the track in making it tight enough its a 76 skid that I widened to fit the track guides does anyone know a way to tighten up the track using it?  I've already maxed out the rear tensioners and still have 3-4 inches of sag
