I’ve been on this site for years and enjoyed all the builds. Here some pics of my finished build.

Very cool. It flows together quite nicely. Similar design elements in the hood and seat. Nice build!

Awesome build Transformer86!!!   Thanks for sharing!!!   8)

Looks like the powertrain donor parts are 97 F3.....could you share some other details?

Guessing 02 MXZ-X wide running board/tipped tunnel?  Or maybe 03-04 rev tunnel, but has trailing arm mounts?  :o

The sum of the parts works together really well.

    Thanks.

Your right it’s a 97 Formula lll 600. Stock pipes with the covers removed for clearance. I just had to message pipes to fit with a Dynoport can. I shortened  the height of airbox’s by 2” to fit under hood.

The drive train is all from an 97 S2000. 23/44 gearing.

The hood from an 80 Blizzard 7500. I installed 97 gauges and headlight

The tunnel is actually made from 3 different tunnels a 9500 And 5500 Blizzard and a Rev. I like the tipped tunnel look so I used a Rev heat exchanger which worked in my favour because the Blizzard tunnel is 1” wider so I cut tunnel to fit. Rear section of tunnel that holds 2008 XP snow flap and bumper from Rev. Mounted the Rev running boards the original were to short . The Blizzard hood was 4” narrower the original so I removed foot rest. I made bracket to pull the belly pan 2” in on both sides to fit 9500 bumper, hood and moved my foot position more foward. I used a F chassis steering post. I moved it 10” forward to get the rider forward position Rev rear pyramidal chassis pieces to strengthen post bracket it also holds the Rev fuel tank and seat. 2005 Mach z handle bars.

Rear suspension is from an 2005 Arctic Cat 136” 13.5” travel  1.25 lug track

Build took 4yrs on and off.

Forgot to mention that bulkhead, belly pan and front suspension are S2000 chassis. I trimed the moulded bumper off to fit Blizzard bumper.

Nice work. I'd imagine a lot of thinking when into this sled. You must be a good welder melting those different chassis together.  :)

Thanks. Actually the only welding I did was on the steering post, oil and coolant bottle mount. Everything else is either riveted or bolted on.

That is an awesome build and what a headturner it must be.  I bet with the Formula III motor and factory PIPES it must sound as good as it looks.  Nice build!
