Carburetor bowl gasket

Has anyone had luck with anything that could replace the rubber o ring gasket in a float bowl carb? RTV or the sutch.

Is the o-ring no longer available? RTV is the worst for contact with fuel.

Chinese. It is still there but shrunk. I was thinking Yamabond.

It is not a "O" ring per say. But made out of that material.

Did you look on jungle website for replacement bowl seal or new carb?

New carbs are 17$ I bought one for a different atv.

I have cut gaskets out of gasket material and used that in the past.   
     It always worked for me

my local hardware store has fiber washers and neoprene fender washers  in many sizes that might work.....

I always seem to be able to find fuel/oil resistant orings in whatever size I need from McMaster.  I have their app on my tablet and start using the selector and my caliper.  I’ll usually get a few above and below my measurements “just in case”.  I then put the ones I didn’t use in my oring drawer with a tag as to dimensions.

I’d bet that there is a hydraulic repair shop in Green Bay Area that may be able to help as well.

This looks just like a Mikuni bowl but does not have a rubber gasket. The reason I think it needs one is after the motor warms up vapor is given off of the carb, wierd right.
