Here is my attempt at a wheel kit be kind guys. I used a 3/4" steel axle and the front tires from my zero trun that I replaced with solid tires.

I can't see anything wrong with your wheel kit.

I found a Arctic Cat slide button for $1.79 each thanks Earl!

The tunnel, skis and steering column went to the sand blaster today. He said he wouldn't get to it until next week but you never know. Was playing around with some Rustoleum Stainless Steel paint as I will not be re chroming anything. Looks pretty cool.

Anything special about this brake set up? I know it is for oval racing but I can't seem to find it anywhere.  Shimano. Custom made? Picture is to big will edit it later.

Shimano makes bicycle stuff; shifters, derailleurs, brakes ect. Guessing someone used an off the shelf unit and rigged it up for the sled.

It got sand blasted this morning and some primer sprayed on this afternoon.  Got the windshield made and put on today also.

Well the tunnel is painted BUT!  I found out that the black paint that I had in the cabinet was Satin. Forgot that it is not a shiny finish so it is more like flat black that glossy. I see oldcadman has used truck bed liner inside the tunnel, wouldn't the flex in it attract snow and build up? I like the idea on the running board and since I have some will be brushing it on after the paint cures for a week.
