Just finished complete resto on the 76. Had it sitting on shelf for 12 yrs and was collecting NOS parts over that time. Sled was tore down to bare tunnel and built back up with a lot of new parts and everything not replaced was polished or painted. 3 months of 5-8 hr days just polishing aluminum. Motor torn down and new crank bearings/ balanced by a Northern Crank. New complete top end. All motor cases,cylinders, heads, carbs, etc.,
soda blasted. Every other aluminum parts polished to mirror finish. Was able to replace all the hard to find parts with NOS like bar pad, ski rubbers, 3 wire kill, etc. Would like to look at/show sled for a year then will be selling, unless someone really needs it?
