Little more of a simple version to a stand. Completely adjustable. Hope it help someone.

Ignorant people find me irritating. Isn't that precious

It takes dedication, and commitment to make a difference..

Please don't expect me to take you seriously, if your tinfoil hat is leaning to the far left,,,,,

and mercury is not a good replacement for tinfoil,,,,

Have a nice day!

That's the picture I had stuck in my mind. A used engine stand and some different sizes of box tube would do it. Thanks for putting that up.

When I grow up, I want to be a biker. But Mom says I can't do both.

They work very well. I steam clean, sand blast, do body work, paint, and assemble most everything right on the stand.

Excellent rotisserie stand, Mario :) Yes, those things really do help when painting as sled or doing the first stages of reassembly. I had thought about selling mine awhile back but since I started using it, the thing is staying where it is. Nice looking sled you're working on too! Any pics showing the other side (chain case area)?  What year is it?

We have 4 of those stands made up. Those pics are from 06 or 07. Can't recall exactly, but I think the one in primer is my 70 Charger 340 single.  :)

VTG - your work is awesome, thank you for posting the pics!

I built a Dator clone back in 2011 and it was a very fun sled to ride.   The color and big ol hood scoop always got attention on the trail.

    Enjoy your new ride!

Almost there. I'll install the rear bumper and snowflap tomorrow and set it down on the floor. Then it's time to put some premix in the tank and hope for the best when I pull the rope (engine has never been fired up since I rebuilt it many years ago).

I was able to put a few miles on it before the snow melted. I love it
