Sidewinder2  , A guy could use carbide tip router bits . It is all about bit speed , direction you feed the bit and type of lubricant if used.

       Just a update on this sled. I am still working with Sled Printer on dialing in the graphics. I am also still looking for the chain case cover Cat part number 0127-109  or  0219-882   any help is always appreciated.

     I have just found another Holy Grail sled to restore back to its glory days. Information will be posted on a new forum. Stay tuned.
