An easy way to resize photos is to open them up in microsoft paint.   If you took the picture with a smart phone or digital camera chances are the picture is huge.    So you open in paint.. Select "image" at the top of screen.  Then select "stretch skew".   You can now shrink the pic a % i usually enter 30 in both boxes. Which shrinks the picture to 30% of original.  Now re save the picture under the same file name. It will say already exists do you want to replace it. Say yes.  The picture file size and appearance will now be much smaller. At least an order of magnitude in file size.   Enjoy

I would like to share some photos but systems says my files are to large, I have taken several picture already with my phone and down loaded them in my computer. How can I get them uploaded on this site else wise.

Either re-size them on your computer with a photo program or paint and re-save them to your computer or use an online photo re-sizer. You could also load them to a photo hosting site and link directly to that as most host sites re-size the images automatically.

Because the forum is an entirely different program, separate and independent from the classifieds. Also image size requirements are different between the two.
