RETURNED ITEMS:
Returned items are subject to inspection before acceptance, any damage will be deducted from the refund. No returns on any CD-ROM products if the package has been opened. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.

SHIPPING:
Each item has a shipping option built in. Media items, (such as books and CD-ROMS) are flat fee. Hoods can either be shipped in the U.S. for a standard fee of $99.95 (covers packaging and shipping), or you can select a shipping option of "none". If you select none, you will have to arrange to pick up the hood from the listed manufacturer.
