RETURNED ITEMS:
Returned items are subject to inspection before acceptance, any damage will be deducted from the refund. No returns on any CD-ROM products if the package has been opened. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items.

SHIPPING:
Each item has a shipping option built in. Media items, (such as books and CD-ROMS) are flat fee. Be sure to select the correct option or it will be changed and adjusted for your purchase prior to shipping.

FIBERGLASS PRODUCTS:
We prefer if you arrange shipment for fiberglass products. Hoods can be picked up in Rice, Minnesota. Hoods can be boxed and shipped. Minimum charge for boxing a hood is $45.00 and final shipping costs will be added to your credit card after the fiberglass is boxed, packed and ready to ship.

DAMAGED FIBERGLASS:
If for whatever reason your fiberglass is damaged in shipping, VintageSleds.com will replace it, free of charge. You will need to pay for return shipping of the damaged item prior to a replacement being shipped.
