Guys- need some help from the 70's- restoring a rupp ruppster-any body know what type of axle was in that thing?

Anybody have any recollection of this vehicle? I purchased it from a fellow on this site,not knowing how bad a shape it was in.
perforated frame[RUST] Rear axle shot-------it has a CCW 340\5-perhaps somebody knows it origin-Came from Pa. Just would
like some info. from some one who has owned one of these. hammer'
