14th Annual West Yellowstone Round-Up and 12th Annual VSCA Nat'l Show

The 14Th Annual West Yellowstone Roundup and 12Th Annual VSCA Natl Show is scheduled for March 10-12Th in West Yellowstone, MT. Oval racing is scheduled for both Friday and Saturday mornings. The Roundup and VSCA Nationals Show is scheduled for Saturday. After the races on Saturday we are inviting the racers to display their race sleds at the show. Banquet will be at the Holiday Inn on Saturday night. We have room for 200 people and sold out last year. You can get tickets and view the show classes at the WSVSA website.

it will not be long now. How many sledders coming from the east?

I've been getting some calls and e-mails about the event from the guys out east. I'd like to see a good showing from all over the U.S. With the Natl's Show next to the race track it's easy to attend both events.

Are there going to be any vintage events besides racing and the show? Will there be a trail ride or such?

The vintage show and oval races are the formal events. There are several of us that go out on informal trail rides around the West Thumb area. It's pretty flat with nicely groomed trails and the elevation stays around 6700'. With racing on Friday there will be a lot of folks showing up on Thursday so the parking area will have a fair share of vintage sleds and people riding around.
