Milt,
That has the small (76/ 77) tank.  Were the cross country seats all that long- forcing the use of the smaller tank?
I had a chance to get one of those seats a couple years ago but I didn't know it wouldn't work with the 78/79 tank

    There had long and short seats. I put the original seat n tank back on the TX-C.  The long seat fits the 80 TX-L Indy perfectly.   ;)

    I am really starting to dig those 79 TXCs be a nice vintage rider, so what is the differences in the 340 engines, that and a norm freeair 79 Fugi?

    None that I know of.....,  same as the TX.
