Again, what a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're not home yet. Drove 8 and a half hours and had to call it a night. We'll finish up the long depressing trip home in the morning.

A lot of miles put on, tons of stories told, great people, great sleds but not even close to enough time! Planning on spending the whole week next year.

Great seeing everybody again and meeting a few new friends.

Later, TJ

Sledcamp is the best description that I can come up with for LOS - now the premier event of the season for many.  Meeting old and new friends who pretty much talk sleds 24/7....the camaraderie is difficult to describe.  Those who made the trip it sure was good to see you and those who couldn't were missed!  Plan on next year.

LOS was a great time once again this year. A lot of great people to BS with, great stories (and all true) great food by Copperfield!!!! The trail ride Saturday was fun although my 530 was running like crap as it kept losing a cylinder until you choked it or held it wide open, found out last night my fuel pump was not working well and causing the problem of it not wanting to run right!

Can’t wait for LOS next year, plan on going up there earlier than what we did this year!!!

It was great seeing everyone and cannot wait to do it once again!!!!!!!!!
If you can answer this correctly, you can answer the question on what action to take on raising the Federal debt ceiling.

You come home from work and find there has been a sewer backup and you have sewage up to your ceilings.

What do you do……raise the ceilings, or pump out the $h!t?

71Txman, did you guys get Forrest off in time, we left later than you but ran into snow before Duluth, got to see a 3 car pile up, and it turned into slow going all the way home. Lakeville was stop and go for awhile.  7 and a half hrs, for a 6 hr trip.

Hello Everyone. Justin's (71TXman) wife here. I just want to say that I had a fabulous time at Live on Ski's. When Justin originally asked me to come I said, "sure, why not", but I never expected that I would have as much fun as I did. I have gone to Douglas Grass Drags and Waconia and have been around for Justin's get togethers at our house, but I have never had so much fun with sleds as I did this weekend. It was so nice to finally get to meet so many of you and put faces to your names. Justin talks about you and to so many of you on the phone so often, so I feel like I kind of knew a lot of you before even meeting you, but it was awesome to get to spend time with you all and get to know you. I agree with Red when he said it is really the closeness of the group that makes the event what it is. Everyone is so incredibly nice and I just felt really comfortable and accepted by you all even though I'm not a big gear head and can't tell the difference between all of my husband's Polaris'. All I know is that they are ALL red, white, & blue and that we NEED THEM in our collection. Sleds at are house are like food. A main necessity. Food, water, shelter, and sleds. Well, I'll sign off for now, but thanks so much to everyone who makes this event possible. We booked our cabin for next year and I can't wait to come back!

Heather

P.S. Yes, we did get Forrest to the airport on time. Were cutting it pretty close though cause of the snow coming down hard. So glad we could pick him up and drop him off. Thanks Tom & Patty (Patti?) for making it possible for him to come. He's one heck of a kid. So respectful and just really a joy to be around. His parents must be real proud of him!
