Anyone know where I can find the o-rings for the bottom of the Mikuni Power Jet carbs ?  I don't know if just getting regular rubber o-rings are ok as I am worried being in gas all the time might deteriorate them.

Thanks in advance for the help,
Kevin

i use ones from the hardware  store i believe there 5mm but i can't remember.  just put oil on them before you put the bowl back on to avoid ripping.

The kits that I have purchased always have the o-ring in them...I save them for the P-J carbs.  I would think you could still get them from Yamaha...someone else may be able to verify.

A great resource for genuine Mikuni parts is Fox Distributing   http://www.mikuni-foxdist.com/

Rich,

Yes you can still get them from Yamaha as I picked some up for my V-Max 540 with PJ carbs.
